Domestic Shipping: Shipping is accurately listed for the US continental 48 states. Alaska & Hawaii may incur greater shipping costs. We try to estimate shipping as close as we can to actual, but any shipping overage is considered a handling fee.
International Shipping: We will calculate this based on your location, and the cost will be a close estimate of the actual. Please e-mail us for a quote as we have not set up our eCrater store to calculate international shipping, but we do ship internationally. Any shipping overage is considered an international handling fee.
Get it Fast: We ship within 48 hours of cleared payment. We often ship the same day of cleared payment, Monday through Friday. The weight of the package, if given, is an estimate and not exact.
Please ask questions before you purchase, as refunds will not be given. We pack all items well, but if your item arrives damaged, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the package. Keep the item and packaging so we can file a claim with the shipper, if possible.
